“This is a succulent Shiraz, made to pair with grilled meats, hearty pastas or hard cheeses.
It’s a savoury and brooding red, dominated by bitter chocolate, roasted coffee, toasted brown spices and char atop blackberry and mulberry. The palate is is bit lighter than you’d expect, from the initial nose; it has chalky tannins throughout and wild briary fruit layered with dark carob, espresso and heavily toasted spice and oak flavours.”
